Love that I know better than my older colleague's who starve themselves to get skinny. They are mum's and need to give a good example to their daughters, but they only care about their own lives. I watch them smell the cookies they won't eat and skipping meals because they're not hungry even when their bodies say something else. It's so sad when you're in you're 40's and starving yourself shows right in your face.
